From Cire Trudon
Scented candle inspired by Moroccan Mint Tea, the Abd el Kader scent refers to the mystic Algerian Mascara coast and mountains where fresh mint, peppery ginger and perfumes of tea and tobacco mingle to create an invigorating fragrance. Pure Vegetal waxes in a green hand-blown Italian glass. Burning time 70—80 hours, 270gr.
Cire Trudon’s complex scents have been developed from the magnificent stories surrounding the company have been resurrected from it’s birth in 1643 where a salesman Claude Trudon arrives in Paris and soon becomes the owner of a shop on Rue Saint-Honore supplying customers with wax, candles for churches and homes. Claude’s son Jacques takes over as Louise XIV ascends to the thrones and joins the royal court in 1687 as apothecary and distiller of Queen Maire-Therese.
These Cire Trudon candles are so pure and high in quality that burning times are much longer than the usual scented candle, light your luxurious candle for between 1 and 4 hours when you use it, trim the wick before lighting it and when extinguishing try not to blow it out. As with all candles, please don’t leave them unattended and do not place it directly onto wood, glass or marble surfaces.
